MediConnector is by far one of the best transportation companies in Virginia! I have been transported by them for about 3 years now. They are dependable and aim to meet the needs of everyone they transport regardless of their background or limitations.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this group. The work with me during my difficult time when my chair was down and I had to use a manual one. They were all patient with me and treated me like I was family.

Drew was absolutely incredible! One of our party has some challenging physical issues, and we stopped by the assistance tent at the conclusion of the Solheim Cup tournament in Gainesville, VA....they were able to get us on a MediConnector van back to the event parking area. We already appreciated MediConnector and their service to the physically challenged riders....Drew took us back to the parking lot and dropped us off close to our car. THANK YOU, Drew and MediConnector!! And, thank you to the LPGA, for partnering with MediConnector for taking care of your tournament attendees with mobility issues!

Just wanted to say thank you to Mediconnector for the wonderful service you perform. I commend the drivers that I have had who have gone over and beyond the call of duty to help me get to my physical therapy appointments. The vans are nice and clean, the drivers are courteous and laugh at my bad jokes. The conversations with them have been awesome. Y'all are the best! Keep up the good work!!

I’ve used this transportation service for years and I must admit that I love everything about it. They are always on time, and when I need them to change my appt times they always do it without any problems. I can honestly say that I can get in the car with a Medi-Connector driver and feel comfortable enough to fall asleep! I won’t and will not do it with other companies. Drew and his team are the best and I’ll stick with them until the wheels fall off! (But let’s hope they don’t!)

I am a cancer patient and I am also wheelchair bound. I rely on medical transportation companies to get me to and from doctor appointments, chemo, pharmacy visits etc…. MediConnector has been the only company that has been both reliable and professional. They seem to care and they go out of their way to make sure your ride is as pleasant as possible. Some of these companies send out drivers that make you feel like they’re still driving in a third world country. Not MediConnector!

My mother needs frequent transportation to her appointments and has used a variety of different vendors through her insurance company, but she was SO impressed with MediConnector she couldn't stop gushing about it! They are always so punctual, professional and courteous and she can not stop commenting about how clean and tidy their vans were! On one trip she even got to chat with the driver, Andrew, who actually ended up being the Owner and she just laughed the whole time and it really made her day having small talk on the way to her doctor instead of an awkward silent ride. She said it really made a difference and was so much more pleasant than some other rides with other companies. That meant a lot to me knowing there are people out there who try and make even a small difference in people's lives, especially those having to go back & forth to the doctor which is usually not a laughing matter. She told me she ONLY wants to use them going forward no matter the cost, so I felt I should share her thoughts with everyone. We really need more people out there doing great work like this and adding something special into their job and helping their community any way they can. Thank you MediConnector for taking great care of her and safely getting her where she needs to be. We'll be telling everyone we know about you and the great job you do!

MediConnector is absolutely the best transportation company out there. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Drew who really cares about having the best company for your needs and he definitely has done that in my book. Their drivers are respectful, kind, empathetic, efficient, timely, knowledgeable and so friendly. They get you to where you are going safely. Their vans are clean and well maintained. The drivers are clean. They are very happy to assist you any way that you require. I have not had to wait more than 15 minutes for my rides! Today I had a pickup time of 10:30am, I got finished at 9:30 so I called for a ride and they were there within 15 minutes, now that’s service for you. Please call them for all your transportation needs. I am an actual customer. Ask your insurance company to put MediConnector as your preferred ride, you will not be disappointed! I have to say that this friendly, kind, extremely helpful and very professional. My experience with this company is nothing less than stellar. I recommend them anyone who needs service. Not just for a wheelchair but for all medical needs. The also provided private service as well. I have been riding with mediconnector for about a year now and this company has been nothing but the best. The drivers are all polite , they care about the patients, making sure they are safe and get to their appointment on time. All of the vehicles are very well kept clean inside and out and all Emergency equipment is in working order and everything tucked in its proper place, not rolling around all is secure. I'm sorry I have to say that when we were [with other companies]-,we found this out the hard way as we were returning from our destination to our home and one of these older vans threw a belt, we had to pull over to the side of the road-the motor was on fire,and they tried to use the fire extinguisher and there was nothing in the fire extinguisher, it was to old,or used & not replaced.So we know first-hand how some of the other company's vans are. This company is definitely not that way they have newer vehicles and more reliable. And Drew the boss is very, very nice,very much on point to making sure all efforts are made to get things done in a timely fashion and for the clients best interest at heart. A very satisfied client. I have known the owner of this company for many years on a professional level. He has integrity and impeccable customer service. I had a last minute weekend transportation issue and he talked with me after hours and got my patient accommodated. We were in between a rock and a hard place. I thank God for this transportation company. Also the vehicles were clean and looked new. The drivers were professional and on time. You can't lose using MediConnector Transportation.
